AGUI currently provides services in more than 10 different sectors including lifts, railway, energy transformation, renewable energy, hospital furniture, armoured access doors and glass doors, etc.
Our expertise focuses on providing services oriented to support our clients during the production process design, series production and manufacture and supply of spares for the products designed and commercialised by our clients.
At AGUI, we implement new production processes, regulations and quality standards on an ongoing basis as may be necessary for the products manufactured by us to comply with the standards approved in the markets where our clients operate.
At AGUI we select the sectors where we want to work according to a methodology which includes the following:
- Evolution and projections of a specific sector.
- Relevant and inherent entry barriers for the sector; among others and very importantly, the technological gap and the investments required.
- The degree of independence of the sector in relation to other sectors where AGUI is already operating, as a way to reinforce the company’s economic-financial stability in times of crisis.
- The opportunity cost. As different opportunities often arise at the same time, some decisions regarding the management of internal resources have to be made.
In addition, with the experience that Agui has in historical sectors for the company, it has developed brands for its own product design for the lifts sector (www.okatt.com) and the modular construction sector (www.cidark.com/en).
