Within the Lean Manufacturing logic in AGUI, besides implementing the traditional supermarkets, we have decided to outsource our warehouse for purchasing and final products.

This decision allows us to improve our surface (m2) usage in our manufacturing facilities in Basque Country. Together with the RFID stock control system, outsourcing our warehouse allows us to control better our stocks.

We have strength our relationship with our logistics supplier and we have provided them with knowledge and autonomy to use our ERP. Besides we have defined the right packing and service specifications so all the materials arrive in the right manner to our facilities.
